Nah, they're not completely worthless. Just mostly. :P

q9 Gladius - worth 5-7k-ish if it's the Elonian skin, otherwise 2k or so.
q9 Eagle Defender 3-4k
q9 Dual Winged Axe 2-3k

Most of the q10 stuff you could probably get a plat or two for with a little effort. Suntouched Scythes are easy to sell. The remainder looks like merch food, after salvaging the worthwhile mods. And like Bullet said, it's worth the gamble with high req "ruby" stuff to stick a "Measure for Measure" on it and salavage for materials (with an expert or superior kit).
